Nowadays, our services cover five segments of the garments supply chain which including fabric sourcing, patterning, sampling, manufacturing and shipping. Fabric and accessories soucingWe source fabric from Jiangsu and Zhejiang province, where we can always get tready fabric, the fabric we used in our products including jersey, interlock, rib, fleece, French terry, pique, French terry, cotton voile, poplin, twill, canvas, conduroy, oxford, , microfiber, nylon, cvc blends and T/ C blends, viscose, tencel and silk, high desity fabric etc. There are 2 big markets, one is China light textile city in Shaoxing, the another is Orient silk city in Suzhou. We also have lots of different fabric left in stock. This enables us to fufill all customers needs on different fabric and save much time and cost for sampling. Of cause, if customer needs correct color and correct quality, we can also weaving the fabric, no matter it is yarn dyed or pieace dyed, we will use small dyeing vessel for small quantity, but customer needs to pay extra charge. We source accessories from our local suppliers and YIWU market which is china small commodity city located. We can always get special accessories like buckle, beads, zippers, pads, snap, rivets, belt etc. The accessories sometimes also can dye with small quantity for customers, but normally we use similar color for sampling and only for samping. Patterning: We have pleasure in assisting our customers to translate their concepts and artworks into actual clothing from our patterner and technicans. Customer' satisfaction has always been met. SamplingWe have sampling center to make samples upon customers' request, sampling is very important stage for us. Our aim is to become the right supplier of fashion retailers and brand owers by providing more professional services and high quality products. We make lots of collection samples or salesman samples for our customers every season and deliver the samples on time for customers. Manufacturing: We execute strict quality control on all of our products. QC is applied in every stage of production. They inspect the quality from the materials to final products. The process for manufacturing is Cutting, sewing, washing, ironing, inspection and packing. Shipping: We will choose best forwarder for our customers, the nearest sea and airport is Shanghai, we can also ship out from Ningbo. Normally, it is around 20-25 days to Europe, and 30 days to the pacific side of USA, and 40 days to atlantic side of USA, 40-45 days to latin America. From Shanghai port There are many many vessels every week to everywhere of the world. The distance from our factory to the warehouse of the forwarder is only 100km, that takes less than 2 hours to the Shanghai port. Very very convieniet with transportation.
